ORDER PROCESSING POLICY

We’re thrilled you’ve chosen to support our small business. Every order is prepared with care and attention, and we do our best to get your items out as quickly as possible!
Processing Time:
- Standard orders are processed within 3–5 business days.
- Some items are made to order and may take a few extra days to prepare.
- During sales, holidays, or peak shopping seasons, processing time may extend to 7–10 business days.
- Custom items require additional time and may take 7–14 business days, depending on the size of the order and level of customization.
- Items not currently in stock will ship as soon as they become available.
Payment Authorization:
All orders require credit card authorization and address verification prior to shipping.
Authorization can take up to 24 hours for approval.
This step helps us prevent fraud and ensures your purchase is protected.
Changing or Cancelling Your Order:

If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at orders@ashcountryboutique.com
We are open Tuesday – Friday, 10 AM to 3 PM EST and closed on holidays.
If it’s outside business hours, please email us right away.
Once your order begins processing (usually within 2–3 hours of being placed), we cannot make any changes or cancellations.
Custom Orders
Custom and personalized items are crafted specifically for you. Because of the unique nature of these products, they require additional processing time and are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless defective.
Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive one within 24 hours, please check your spam folder or contact us for assistance.
DIGITAL DOWNLOAD POLICY
All digital downloads (such as printable files, wall art, or planners) are final sale and non-refundable.
Once purchased, you will receive an email with your download link.
Please be sure to save your files promptly — links may expire after a set time.
If you experience a technical issue with a file, please contact us at orders@ashcountryboutique.com so we can assist.
GIVEAWAY POLICY
We love celebrating our customers!
- Giveaway winners must claim their prize within 3 business days of notification.
- Prizes cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
- If a giveaway winner is located outside the continental U.S., the prize will be forfeited, as we do not ship internationally.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY

If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help! Please review our return guidelines below.
Return Eligibility
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was sent in error.

Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 1–3 business days of receiving your return.
- Please allow 24–48 business hours for your bank to post the refund.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned for health, safety, or customization reasons, including:
- Sale and Clearance items (FINAL SALE)
- Custom or Personalized items
- Downloadable Digital Files (printables, wall art, etc.)
- Hair accessories (including hats), socks, and eyewear
- Gift-with-purchase items
- Promotional or Giveaway items
- Items returned after 14 days
Promotional & Discounted Returns
If you return an item from a promotional sale (such as BOGO or percentage-off), your refund will be calculated at the discounted, prorated value.
Holiday Return Policy
Orders placed between November 21st and December 24th are eligible for return until January 15th.
- Returns must be postmarked by January 15th.
- All other standard return rules apply.
Defective or Damaged Merchandise
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you believe an item is defective or damaged:
- You must contact us within 3 days of receipt (no exceptions).
- Do not return damaged items.
- Email orders@ashcountryboutique.com with:
- Photos of the damaged area (with tag visible).
- Subject line: “Defective” or “Damaged.”
- Your full name, order number, and product name/code.
- Photos of the damaged area (with tag visible).
- Our support team will respond within 24–48 business hours.
- Refunds or replacements will be issued once reviewed.
- If you received the wrong item, please keep it as our gift — we’ll send the correct one or issue a refund.
