Order & Shipping Policy

Please allow 3 to 5 days to process your order.  Some items may take longer as they are made to order.  During any sale events, peak shopping days, and holidays this processing time can be pushed to 7 to 10 business days.  Custom items can take 7 to 14 business days depending on size of order and amount of customization.  Items not currently in-stock will ship when they become available.

We ship with USPS Priority Mail/First Class mail.  Delivery of your in-stock items can take 7 to 14 business days, depending on the destination and shipping method. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays, within the United States.  Credit card authorization and address verification must be received prior to shipping any order.  Please note that credit card authorization can take up to 24 hours for approval.  This is to prevent credit card fraud and protect us and our customers.

You are responsible for entering the correct delivery address for your package.  Any returned packages will be subject to returned shipping fees.  Make sure you are shipping to a secure location.  We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is ready to ship.  We know how excited you are to receive your order, please note that transit times vary and could take up to 14 business days.

We do not offer international shipping.  We currently only ship to the United States.  We may use any of the major shipping carriers at any time, and select the one with the most economical rate to keep costs low.
